What is the Problem?

Our studies have shown co-workers and new employees have a hard time getting to know each other. Especially for new employees, one of the most stressful parts of starting a new job is fitting in. Having an ice breaker game to play in an introduction meeting can be very beneficial to new employees. Through the Corporate Card Game, participants will get to know each other on a more personal level. This creates a strong bond between co-workers in the office, which then creates a more successful and passionate atmosphere.

Max Lombard : CEO

Max is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of OPEER. He is returning for his second year of Junior Achievement and is excited to use his prior experience to lead our company. Max is also involved with the Baseball and Football programs, student council, and many other extracurricular activities.

Fletcher Clark : CFO

Fletcher is serving as Chief Financial Officer for OPEER. He wishes to use this experience in business and administration before he pursues Logistics in college. Fletcher has always grown up with business around him and has been able to learn from his parents who own their own businesses. Fletcher is excited to put that learning to action at OPEER.

Greg Campbell : COO

Greg is the Chief Opperating Officer at OPEER. He returns for his second year in JA, and is excited to use his past experiences to help the company grow and evolve. Outside of school, Greg enjoys football and hanging out with his friends, while volunteering in the community with different organizations.

Hogan Sedlock : Director of Supply Chain

Hogan is serving as the Director of Supply Chain for OPEER. He is excited to learn more about business and the work of running a company. Outside of school, Hogan enjoys working, volunteering, hanging out with friends, and sports such as baseball and pickleball. He is excited to see where the company goes and has high hopes for success.

Landon Hattery : Director of Social Media

Landon is serving as the Director of Social Media for OPEER. This is his first year of Junior Achievement and he is excited to use his knowledge about business for our company. Landon is also involved with the football program, loves to ride dirt bikes, travel, and snowboard. He would like to use his experience to pursue a degree in business and law.

Griff Cochran: Director of Sales

Griffin is the Director of Sales at OPEER. This is his first year taking Junior Achievement, but what he lacks in experience he brings in an upbeat personality who is willing to help out in any way. Outside of school, Griffin is on the varsity baseball team. He is also a member of JAGS, commits his time to community outreach, and community service. He enjoys spending time with his friends in his free time.

Ryan Wiggins: Director of Marketing

Ryan is serving as the Director of Marketing for Opeer. He would like to use this experience to pursue a degree in business administration at Ohio University. Outside of the company, he is involved with football, community service, and other extracurricular activities.

Nate Davies : Director of Graphic Design

Nate is serving as the Director of Graphic Design for OPEER. He would like to use this experience to pursue a degree in business and real estate. Outside of the company, he is involved in skiing, community service, and other extracurricular activities.
